Massey has released this Market Discovery Exercise to identify possible Content Management Systems, marketing and analytics platform solutions available in the market.
The Massey University website is a key communication tool with prospective and current students, as well as researchers, businesses and governments, both in New Zealand and internationally. The site has an average of 700,000 sessions per month, has over 200,000 pages, and more than 350 editors working across three campus locations.
Massey’s digital future relies on being able to scale its offerings up to meet global markets by personalising and reusing content to provide users with a modern and relevant user experience. Massey needs to be able to gather user interaction data to assist with continuous content improvement, and accurately assess digital marketing spend.
We have outgrown our Content Management System. It is no longer supported, and over a number of years multiple bespoke systems have been built in-house to provide additional functionality.
The best solution will enable Massey to provide a personalised and consistent user experience to our audience groups. The system will support marketing automation, and integrated data collection and analysis. It will help our editors create content that complies with our style guide, and can be used in multiple places, on multiple platforms, significantly improving our return on investment for content production.
The purpose of this exercise is to gather information from the potential suppliers on the Content Management Systems available. The information provided will inform the business case for the replacement software, the project budget, procurement method and implementation approach.
This is not a tender, but we strongly encourage interested suppliers to respond.
