Overview
Masterton District Council intends to release an Invitation to Tender in the near future for the construction of the New Town Hall and Event Centre at 64 Chapel Street, Masterton.
We anticipate the project will have a fixed value of $20 million and will be procured under a design-build delivery model.
Council invites suitably qualified design-build contractors interested in participating in the closed Invitation to Tender to register their interest by 10am 2nd October 2026.
