The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the Masterton District Council (MDC) to identify a suitable Supplier to construct widening and reseal of existing runway 06/24, a new grassed cross runway, and new paved extension of apron by the terminal building at Hood aerodrome, located in Masterton. The services we are tendering for will cover construction works based on the documents supplied by engineers and consultants. For any avoidance of doubt, you are submitting a proposal for the construction of this project, and you are invited to submit a quote to meet the requirements/specifications outlined in this document and associated appendices and annexes supplied.
