1. Purpose
1.1. The purpose of this Request for Tender is for the Masterton District Council (MDC) to identify a suitable Lead Contactor to complete the work required to redevelop the Masterton Skate Park in accordance with the detailed design provided by RICH Landscapes. You are invited to submit a proposal to meet the requirements/specifications outlined in this document.
