The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) is for the Masterton District Council (MDC) to identify a suitable panel of contractors with the expertise and availability to construct the Council’s new Animal Shelter. The construction services we are seeking may include demolition, site preparation, construction through to practical completion, fencing and land remediation (if required). At this point in time, the project remains in the concept design phase so technical specifications are not yet available.
