Registration of Interest - Design/Build - Provision of an Event Centre at Te Aroha – The Te Aroha Event Centre Governance Group, a group comprising members from the Te Aroha Event Centre Charitable Trust and Matamata Piako District Council wish to construct a Sport and Events Centre complex located in Boyd Park, Te Aroha. The Centre will include the following:
• Two Court sports hall
• Meeting/function room
• Entry foyer, reception, administration
• Changing facilities
• Toilets
• Spectator seating areas
• Storage and equipment rooms
• Kitchen/servery
18 applications were received of which 14 were complying and formally assessed by the assessment panel.
On completion of the assessment process five Contractors have been shortlisted for the next stage.
The evaluation model used was Weighted Attribute.
