The works required per annum, comprises cleaning 17,780m2 of asphalt and footpath pavers; re sanding 15,180m2 of footpath pavers; and sealing either 6,765m2 or 8,610m2 footpath pavers at four locations within the Matamata-Piako District Council area.
The term of the contract is 3 years with 2 possible one year rollovers by agreement of both parties.
