The purpose of this Registration of Interest (ROI) process is to invite interested parties to register their interest to Matamata-Piako District Council (“Council”) in providing construction services for the Headon Hub upgrade project as per the plans attached.
Contract works shall include demolition of existing building, excavation and foundation, construction of new building and necessary civil works for the new building. The contractor will need to manage any sub-contractors for the build.
The ROI closing date is 4pm on 15th July 2019.
