Matamata Piako District Council (MPDC) invites Registration of Interest (ROI) from experienced engineering construction companies wishing to submit a tender for its General Road Maintenance contract.
The road network within Matamata Piako district consists of 943km sealed roads and 55km unsealed roads across the district. The contract includes all general road maintenance works for an initial tenure of 3 years with up to 2 contract extensions of 2 years each. The contract excludes traffic services, road lighting, road cleaning, reseals, capital improvement works etc. which are covered by other contracts in MPDC’s roading programme.

Registration of Interest General Road Maintenance - Matamata Piako District Council (MPDC) invites Registration of Interest (ROI) from experienced engineering construction companies wishing to submit a tender for its General Road Maintenance contract.

Six responses were received. The six contractors were invited to an industry combined briefing and advised the Request for Tender would be available once the Registration of Interest closed.
The evaluation model to be used was Price Quality Method.
