Matamata-Piako District Council is seeking Registrations of Interest from appropriately qualified and experienced building contractors for the demolition of existing buildings, refurbishment of one retained building and construction of a new complex on the same site. This initiative aims to combine the functionality of four office and hall buildings into one efficient user friendly space. The project is currently within the detailed design phase and Matamata-Piako District Council is looking for a suitable contractor to deliver the project. The intention is to shortlist four to five contractors, then invite these contractors to submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) response.
The ROI closes at 4.00pm on Friday 4 November 2016 at the Te Aroha Council Office, 35 Kenrick Street, Te Aroha 3320.
