The Ministry of Justice is seeking proposals for Independent Commissioning Agent Services for the Christchurch Justice and Emergency Services Precinct Project from suitably experienced and qualified parties.
The Ministry is seeking Proposals from Respondents who have:
• experience in commissioning large complex commercial and/or government projects with multiple stakeholders and users;
• a proven track record of delivering high quality commissioning processes that ensures a building functions in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with the design;
• the key personnel within the Respondent’s organisation with appropriate skills, background and experience and availability to oversee commissioning of the building; and
• capable and sufficient resources to deliver the Services in a timely, efficient and effective manner, working with the Ministry, Fletcher Construction and its subcontractors/suppliers, and other service providers.
NOTE: All Proposals must be delivered in HARDCOPY to the Ministry’s Contact Person: Anita Dahya.
All proposals must be delivered in two separate sealed envelopes "NON-PRICED ATTRIBUTES" and "PRICE INFORMATION" in the following format:
• Five (5) printed copies (one unbound); and
• One (1) electronic copy in a PDF format on a USB flash drive or CD
• All price information including the Schedule of Prices (Section 9) must be in a separate sealed envelope
