The Ministry of Justice is seeking applications from prospective suppliers, for the provision of Family Dispute Resolution Services to the public where no Family Dispute Resolution parties qualify for full government funding.
The prospective supplier will offer FDR services for a maximum sum of $780 excluding GST, in aggregate for all Assessments and Mediation undertaken by the Supplier, and payable by the FDR parties.
In providing this service the Ministry of Justice will make top-up payments to the Supplier in line with the Preferred FDR Supplier Contract.
