The Ministry intends to demolish the existing buildings at 1130 Pukuatua Street Rotorua, to then enable the construction of the new Rotorua Law Courts. This project will involve the demolition of the existing buildings on that site, down to the top of the slab level. On completion of demolition, the successful contractor will be responsible for the installation of a solid site fence / hoardings around the site to safely secure it, prior to the main construction works for the new Rotorua Law Courts commencing.

The project requires a suitably experienced main contractor to complete the demolition of the buildings.
