This is a secondary procurement opportunity through the Ministry of Justice Minor Works Construction Panel. This Request for Tender (RFT) constitutes a Request for Service under the Panel. The supplier is asked to submit a Tender in response, which will form their Services Package.

The Ministry of Justice (the Ministry) is seeking a Main Contractor with proven experience delivering repeatable construction works across multiple sites, particularly within live and operational environments, to deliver Tranche 4 of the National Dock Upgrade Programme.

The programme involves the removal of existing courtroom docks and installation of new, compliant docks across a defined set of courtrooms nationwide. Works include demolition and enabling works, construction and installation of new docks, coordination with Ministry-nominated suppliers for AV, furniture and security systems, and completion of all associated finishing, compliance, and close-out requirements.

Works will be undertaken within live court environments, requiring careful sequencing, coordination with court operations, and delivery primarily outside of normal court hours, including evenings and weekends, to minimise disruption.

The contract is anticipated to be awarded August 2026.
