This is a secondary procurement opportunity through the All-of-Government (AoG) Construction Consultancy Services Panel.

The Ministry of Justice (the Ministry) is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex building upgrade projects in live, operational environments to lead the Hutt Valley District Court Roof Replacement and Reclad Project.

The project will address persistent water ingress at the Hutt Valley Courthouse, located at 18 Knights Road, Hutt Central. Works are expected to include roof replacement, external recladding, window replacement, and seismic strengthening to improve compliance and safety.

This procurement will appoint a Project Management consultant to manage project initiation, design phases, and development of the Business Case.

There will be reserved rights associated with this procurement to extend services into later construction phases following business case approval and funding confirmation.

The contract is anticipated to be awarded in February 2026.
