The Ministry of Justice seeks to procure a Main Contractor to undertake seismic strengthening works at the Hamilton District Court. The works will be undertaken to increase the resilience of the Hamilton District Court from the current seismic rating to a rating as close as practicable to 67% of the New Building Standard.

This is the Request for Tender (Stage 2) that follows on from the Registration of Interest (Stage 1) process previously undertaken for this procurement activity.
