The Ministry of Justice would like to inform providers of a procurement opportunity for the following family violence related services: Safety programmes for adults and children and the Strengthening Safety Service.
The Ministry is looking for providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to deliver safety programmes to adults and children and the Strengthening Safety Service. These services are for victims of family violence (and their children) who either have a protection order in place or are in the process of applying for one. Providers will need to have a good track record in the management and implementation of family harm or similar community-based programmes. It is also expected that the providers will have effective networks and strong socio-cultural relationships within their local community.

Additionally, the Ministry of Justice and Ara Poutama Aotearoa – Department of Corrections (the Agencies) have both released a FPO for the following family violence related service; Non-violence Programmes. We expect to release further information regarding the projects in late 2025.
