The Ministry of Justice has had its current legal aid debt management solution since 2011 and is seeking to find a legal aid debt management solution that will serve the Ministry well now and into the future.
The intended procurement will seek to select and engage Supplier/s to provide and implement “Software as a Service” “Modules” that enables our internal legal aid debt collection team to collect and manage outstanding debt.
This open Request for Proposal (RFP) invites interested Suppliers to submit Proposals for the Legal Aid Debt Management Solution.
The full sourcing timeline is detailed within the RFP, with the following key dates (all NZST) for the RFP:
• Live (online) briefing session, 11am, 18 June 2025
• Deadline for Questions is 3pm 11 July 2025
• Deadline for Proposals is 3pm, 18 July 2025
Suppliers are encouraged to attend the live briefing on Wednesday 18 June 2025. The session is an opportunity for Suppliers to be briefed on the requirement and ask questions of the Ministry team about any matter related to this sourcing process.
