Overview
This Request For Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified main contractors to submit a Proposal to be appointed by the Ministry, as the Design and Build Main Contractor for the new Papakura District Courthouse project.
The project scope is to construct a new courthouse on a Ministry of Justice owned site at 40 Elliot Street, Papakura. The new courthouse will replace the services provided by the current courthouse operating at 250 – 260 Great South Road, Papakura.
