The Ministry of Justice is looking to engage a tertiary institution to house a National Civil Justice Observatory. The National Civil Justice Observatory will be to:
• coordinate reporting of justice sector stakeholders’ civil justice initiatives,
• share information between stakeholders,
• facilitate stakeholder connections, and
• maintain momentum of the Wayfinding for Civil Justice (Wayfinding), a national strategy on access to civil justice that can be found at https://www.justice.govt.nz/justice-sector-policy/key-initiatives/access-to-civil-justice
