The Ministry of Justice would like to provide Advance Notice of the following procurement opportunity - Main Contractor for the Auckland District Court Cladding Remediation.

There are three anticipated separable portions to this project:
1. Façade shop drawing design and consenting for the tower.
2. Maintenance of the podium marble.
3. Remediation of the tower façade.

Procurement process: This will be a multi-step procurement approach (Registration of Interest, shortlisted respondents invited to a Request for Tenders)

Timeline: We anticipate the Registration of Interest will be released during February 2023.
