This Advance Notice relates to the procurement of services that develop the Restorative Justice (RJ) Facilitator workforce, specifically through:
1. Continued Professional Development
2. Support Services and Promotion

The Ministry of Justice (the Ministry) is looking for a supplier or suppliers who has/have the capability, capacity, and expertise to further the skills of our RJ Facilitators on behalf of the Ministry.

The RFPs will be published on the Government Electronic Tenders Service (GETS) soon, in either early December 2022 or late January 2023 (nothing will be published from 12 December 2022 through to 18 January 2023) and the closing date for both tenders will be 24 February 2023.
