The Ministry of Justice (the Ministry) is seeking registrations of interest from suitably qualified suppliers that can demonstrate the capability and capacity in one or both of the following service areas:
Print services, Warehousing and Distribution
and / or
Mailhouse (bulk mail) services
The Ministry is undertaking a market review for provision of our Print services (including Warehouse and Distribution), and our Mailhouse (bulk mail) services.
These services are currently managed by separate suppliers, however, we recognise the synergies which can exist between the two service areas. As such, this single procurement approach offers the opportunity to register interest to fulfil one or both of our required service areas.
We are particularly interested in:
• Understanding the benefits of keeping the services separate and/or bringing together, as well as how our use of these services can support the Ministry’s future and broader outcome objectives.
• Understanding how available technology platform/s can be used deliver our requirements now, and adapt with us in the future.
• Solutions which will enable the Ministry to conduct its business productively, efficiently and securely.
