The Rotorua Courts deliver judicial services to the Bay of Plenty region. The Ministry of Justice (Ministry) has identified the need for an upgrade to the front entrance.
The Ministry invites suitably qualified tenderers to respond to this Request for Tender for works at the Rotorua Courts.
Works within the court are comprised of the following:
– Conversion of room into a new security office.
– Demolition of existing security office
– Installation of new X-Ray machine
– Relocation of existing Metal detector arch
– Installation of new speed gate.
– Installation of new auto door.
Due to the court being a live environment all works will have to be undertaken out of hours and noisy works are to comply with Schedule 18 of the contract, supplied with this tender. Careful planning will be required to ensure no disruption to the daily working of the court and the Health and Safety of the public is maintained at all times.
