The purpose of this notice is to advise that the Ministry of Justice intends to run a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following services:
Survey design services and
Fieldwork and reporting services
Respondents will be able to respond to one or both of the above services.
A new crime and victims survey will be designed to replace the New Zealand Crime and Safety Survey (NZCASS). The new survey will provide annual crime statistics (reported and unreported crime) in New Zealand and will reflect victims experience.
The indicative date for the release of the RFP is December 2016. Given the proximity to the Christmas break sufficient time will be allowed post Christmas and New Year for respondents.
Note that no response to this notification is required. We are not expecting any questions or documents to be sent to us relation to this NOI. Full details of our requirements will be included in the Request for Proposals.
