The Ministry of Justice (Ministry) requires the services of a main contractor experienced in the installation of mechanical infrastructure and building management systems. The scope of the works includes chiller replacement, building management system upgrade, and air handler unit and fan coil units replacement.
An asset condition assessment survey undertaken on behalf of the Ministry has identified a number of works that are required to be completed at the Hamilton District Court. The survey reported that two chillers require replacement, the building management system (BMS) requires upgrading and an air handling unit (AHI) and fan coil units (FCU) require replacement.
The Ministry wishes to have a contractor carry out the works mentioned in the survey report.
