This advance Notice of Information is to advise that the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa will shortly be running a two stage procurement process for the provision of a Lighting Control Upgrade to replace the existing Dynalite Lighting Control system with the latest version of Dynalite software, protocols and hardware.

The objectives of the project is to undertake Lighting Control upgrade work that is required within Te Papa's Cable Street building. The Scope of the project includes:

1. Supply and install new Dynalite network backbone upgrade, including installation of new management computer.
2. Upgrade Dynalite networks within the building.
3. Network upgrade to include the load assessment process, and then the equipment replacement process.

Te Papa intends to issue a Registration of Interest (ROI) mid-late February 2015. Short-listed contractors will then be invited to respond to a Request for Tender (RFT) following evaluation of ROI submissions.
