The Museum of New Zealand is seeking appropriately experienced suppliers to be able to provide maintenance and management of the HVAC, plumbing and electrical services at the three Te Papa sites. The chosen provider will have a clear understanding of the management, restrictions, and requirements of operating in the museum environment.

The intent is that the contractor appointed shall be accountable for maintaining and managing the total HVAC, plumbing and electrical system at Te Papa’s three Wellington sites.
