The Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa is developing new permanent and temporary exhibitions over the next four years.
We are seeking Registrations of Interest from Suppliers experienced in producing high quality, large-format graphics, who:
• are equipped to print, laminate, and mount graphics;
• have the ability to print to various print media and also direct to prepared substrates, as well as quality execution of a variety of finishing methods for both media and substrate;
• can supply all substrates and mounting solutions produced to supply specifications, and deliver all graphic products in a timely and efficient manner;
• have staff experienced in application and installation of graphics directly to walls and furniture in situ in an exhibition environment;
• has proved experience in supplying graphics for an exhibition or similar environment; and
• demonstrate a commitment to sustainable practices, a willingness to work collaboratively with Te Papa to investigate new or improved media and production methods.
A small number of organisations will be invited to submit a final tender. At the end of the tender process, Te Papa will select up to four preferred suppliers for a period of 3 years.
