A Registration of Interest (ROI) is invited from suitably experienced contractors and consortia (applicants) interested in being short-listed as prospective tenderers for the Mackenzie District Council Transportation Maintenance, Operation, Renewal and Improvement Contract 2021-2031.

This ROI is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process. More detailed and specific attribute information will be requested in the second stage and will be required to be submitted with tenders for the purpose of the tender evaluation. From the ROI submissions, up to three tenderers will be shortlisted and invited to submit a tender for the Contract Works (second stage).

MDC are looking to enter a contractual arrangement for the delivery of their road maintenance activities. As part of this arrangement, MDC are seeking a collaborative relationship with a Contractor which is mutually beneficial and delivers MDC’s goals and objectives for their District.
