Meridian Energy is in the process of decommissioning and disposing of five generator step-up transformers and two local service transformers at Manapouri power station.
Meridian wishes to identify and shortlist interested parties to tender for the removal of these seven transformers and disposal/sale of scrap metals, via a Request for Information.

Please note, a separate ROI has been issued for the removal of used oil.
