The Ministry is seeking a supplier to develop a robust data integration methodology that will unify local flood model outputs across fluvial, pluvial, and coastal flood modelling domains, accommodating variable data quality.

The solution must include a federated, technology-agnostic architecture for data collection and management, and produce integrated datasets compatible with Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC)-compliant formats.

All outputs must be fully portable, scalable, and Ministry-owned to support future integration with national-scale flood model outputs and other natural hazard datasets.
