This procurement relates to the purchase of general cleaning services for Manatū Taonga Ministry for Culture and Heritage office premises at the Public Trust Building (1,783.5m2), and Queen Elizabeth II Education Centre (146m2) and National War Memorial (284 m2) at Pukeahu National War Memorial Park. Manatū Taonga requires a supplier capable of delivering at a minimum, the following services at Ministry premises across three locations:
• Routine cleaning of central office space, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, reception, stairwells, lifts,
and public areas.
• Periodic and deep cleaning services, including (but not limited to) flooring, windows (internal), desks,
fridges, and other nominated areas.
• On demand and ad hoc cleaning services as required.
• Supply of agreed cleaning consumables, such as compostable bin liners.
• Recycling and waste management services including the ability to provide quarterly waste and recycling
reporting [limited on-site storage is available for small volumes of waste] and,
• Pays living wage and meets all health, safety and security requirements prescribed by the Ministry.
