Manatū Taonga, The Ministry for Culture and Heritage has 180 employees/contractors and is seeking to identify a single, high-functionality, cloud-based, Human Resources Management System (HRMS) that will provide a common platform for HRMS functions including Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Reporting, and Employee Self Service. The solution will integrate with MYOB PayGlobal Payroll.
The solution must be offered ‘as a Service’ (SaaS) and meet the standards set out on the Digital Government website. https://www.digital.govt.nz/standards-and-guidance/digital-service-design-standard/
Manatū Taonga (The Ministry) will be requesting Registrations of Interest (ROI), which will include capability statements from qualified providers of Human Resources Management Systems. The purpose of this ROI will be to provide a shortlist of suitable Applicants that are considered to have the experience, attributes and proven track record to best provide the required services.
Those Applicants will then be sent a Request for Proposal (RFP) or, if applicable, a Request for Quote (RFQ) and asked to respond with a Proposal including price and detailed methodology for delivering the required services. The Ministry will then select a preferred supplier with the intention of entering into a formal contract.
