Enable New Zealand (an operating Division of MidCentral Health) is calling for Expression of Interest from Building Contractors for Housing Modifications in the Western Bay of Plenty, principally for work between Tauranga and Waihi
The work relates to Housing Modifications funded by the Ministry of Health and ACC.
The scope of work is categorised to but not limited to:
- Minor housing modifications, ie handrails, easy steps, ramps etc
- Standard housing modifications, ie bathroom modifications, etc
- Complex housing modifications for ACC work, ie additions outside the existing envelope of the building
The Contractor needs to be suitably qualified, experienced and have skills in modifying existing houses to meet an identified disability or injury related need. The Contractor needs to be able to work to agreed timeframes.
The expression of interest needs to include:
- Contact details
- the area available for work
- type of work
- experience and qualifications.
