**Request for Expressions of Interest**

MidCentral DHB is looking for a supplier for the provision of dual fuel burners and the replacement of control and fuels systems for two (2) 6mw boilers.
The contract works include the following:
• Replacement of existing 6MW natural gas burners on Boiler numbers 1 and 2 with new dual-fuel natural gas/diesel burners;
• Replacement of the boiler control systems on Boiler numbers 1 and 2 with new control systems and a SCADA system, integrated with the Hospital’s building management and energy meter systems;
• Installation of economisers in the boiler exhaust gas ducts;
• Installation of variable speed drives (VSDs) on the existing boiler feed pumps;
• Installation of new metering equipment; and
• Integrate with a parallel project to provide diesel supply to the new burners.
The above work includes procurement and installation together with all design, associated materials, installation labour, testing and commission as necessary to provide a complete and working installation that meets the performance criteria set out in the Expression of Interest Document.
