MDHB is requesting EOIs from Brokers/Firms having a proven track record for commercial valuations.

MDHB is required to capture and value its assets and account for them according to accounting standards and other prescribed requirements to ensure good asset management practices and accurate and reliable accounting practices. MDHB owns and operates from a range of properties in the Manawatu and Horowhenua areas that require valuation for financial and insurance reporting purposes.
