ALSL seeks to expand existing operations and develop a Reusable Barrier Linen (RBL) processing facility within an offsite, leased industrial space in Palmerston North City. The new facility will process and sterilise RBL surgical linen packs for healthcare organisations (the wash and drying of soiled RBL will remain at the existing ALSL plant).
Proposals are sought from experienced and qualified respondents for the design, build and lease-back of a RBL processing facility within an industrial warehouse built to IL3 standards.
The project involves 2 stages of Contract Works that will be undertaken as two distinct packages:
1. Stage One:
a. Main warehouse;
b. Offices & amenities area;
c. Carparking; and
d. Services/ infrastructure.
2. Stage Two:
a. Internal fitout of the RBL processing facility.
