Overview

Lincoln University is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced suppliers to operate food service in Lincoln University Campus.
The university is redeveloping the campus to deliver modern, high quality services, at a world-class standard and to maximise student experience in the campus. We want to create a dynamic environment that will promote innovation, commercialisation and collaboration by bringing the university students and industry closer together and opening the campus to both our local community and over thousands of visitors to the conference and events in the campus every year.
The operation of the kitchen, food retail outlets, and on & off site catering services are all included in food services and those are in the scope for this ROI. With only minor exceptions, the food service is an exclusive service based on a comprehensive contract arrangement for a defined term.
The university is looking for a high value, professional food service that both meets and exceeds customer and contractual expectations, and which upholds the key principles of the National Healthy Food and Drink Policy 2016.
