This is an Advanced Notice of LPC's intent to issue an Invitation to Qualify (ItQ) to join a Suppliers Pre-qualification List.

The intention of this Procurement activity is to seek proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers of mechanical parts and consumables (“Goods”), who are either an incumbent Supplier, or have previously tendered for LPC, to join a Suppliers Pre-qualification List. Suppliers who have not tendered for LPC business in the past are encouraged to prequalify for the provision of specific mechanical goods and consumables (Parts, Spares, Oils and Lubes).

In order to simplify the procurement process, and to encourage ongoing improvement in both LPC’s and our Supplier’s performance, LPC will also implement a Prequalification and Performance Management System (Prequal System) for the provision of mechanical parts and consumables.

LPC will extend an invitation to current Supplier’s (“Candidates”), to apply to be included in the Prequal System.
