Project Background
We have three non-residential Manawatu-Whanganui properties:
• PF1408, 6-10 Beamish Road - vacant
• PF1278, 306-316 Penny Road – school and schoolhouse are vacant, the school buildings need an archaeological authority to disturb soil so we will be demolishing the school building to slab. The house can be removed under ADP.
• PF1370, 20 David Street – will be vacant from April 2026

The properties are in the Landbank. Due to the poor condition of these structures’ demolition has been recommended to clear the site of hazards in preparation for future use.
