This building is to be demolished so LINZ can return a vacant unencumbered site, in a readily developable state in accordance with the current zoning of the land to iwi.
All structures, footings and foundations are to be removed. All voids or depressions are to be filled and the and the site trimmed to relative ground level with clean fill materials
