Workplace wellbeing is a priority for Toitū Te Whenua. We recognise the benefits of having a well-supported and cared for workforce. An engaged and well workforce contributes to lower rates of absenteeism and illness, increased productivity, higher retention and sustains a positive workplace culture.
Toitū Te Whenua operates at three locations, Wellington, Christchurch and Hamilton.
To fully meet our needs and those of our workforce, we wish to source a national provider for wellbeing support services. The provider must offer services that also meet the needs of our diverse workforce including, LGBTQIA+, Māori, Pasifika, and our disabled/neurodiverse staff.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers on the Employee Health Management Services Panel to submit a Proposal for the contract opportunity.
