Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) manages approximately 8,000 properties, including 1,000 on behalf of other government agencies. These properties are spread across New Zealand.
To contribute towards our ‘achieving best public value from the Crown Estate’ strategic objective, and as a result of a detailed service delivery model review, we have a need for:
1) a service provider(s) for Property Management Services (PMS), and/or
2) a service provider(s) for Facility Maintenance Services (FMS).
This is a unique opportunity to support LINZ to grow and improve and to achieve our vision of becoming a high achieving strategic asset management organisation.
