Solutions for Fixed Asset Register and Asset Management

LINZ is seeking information from suppliers on tools available in the marketplace today which can enable Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Strategic Asset Management (SAM) and financial management.
Responses to this RFI will be reviewed against the LINZ’s requirements to determine the range of possible solutions, technologies and goods or services available, possible cost of these, and obtaining more information on, or a better understanding of, the suppliers in the market.
We are seeking your input to understand existing services and systems, to help inform our anticipated approach to the market. We are open to options that include build, commercial-off-the-shelf, and components that can be added to our existing systems.
The information from this request for information will not be used to appoint, or shortlist for appointment, any person or organisation as a preferred supplier, nor will it be used to confer any advantage or disadvantage on any party who makes a response or any party who does not make a response.

LINZ intends to use the information gathered in this RFI process to inform and assist our search for fixed asset register and asset management solutions and inform any future procurement, include an options assessment and costing Business Case that will be assessed by the LINZ leadership.

Please note that LINZ may also consider it necessary to share the information provided in response to this RFI with other government agencies, especially where collaborative government procurement is an option.
