The purpose of this RFP is to identify a single supplier or a prime supplier as part of a consortium to provide property management services for the LINZ’s Residential Property Portfolios. Where a single supplier is not feasible or presents risk to LINZ multiple suppliers may be selected.

LINZ is looking to consolidate all of the services required to fully and efficiently manage its substantial portfolio of residential properties, including tenancy management, general property services, planned maintenance and capital expenditure, general property management and service delivery management.

The respondents should be able to confidently manage both the Property Management and the Facility Management of the residential property portfolio, as encompassed in the detailed requirements, or be able to work closely with a specialist in either vocation.

LINZ will be looking to form a Service Catalogue to offer to clients, encompassing generic base services alongside specialised offerings tiered to individual client needs.
