The Property Group Limited (TPG) on behalf of Land Information New Zealand invites contractors to tender for the fencing of Middle Hill pastoral lease, located approximately 45km north of Kaikoura and 5km inland from Waipapa Bay.
This is a contract for South Island High Country fencing and requires the contractor to have proven experience and resourcing in this type of work including:
Sound knowledge and experience in South Island High Country fencing techniques and best practice
Appropriate plant, equipment and communications systems
Staff trained and resourced to do this type of work in a sub-alpine environment
Qualified and experienced in use of explosives
Procurement capability and organisational skills to manage supply aspects of contract
Financial stability in order to withstand any contractual delays due to eg weather
Familiar with New Zealand Standards applicable to materials supplied
Quality control protocols and procedures
A robust Health & Safety Plan including site specific management protocol
Familiarity with this or similar terrain
