In 2004 Landcorp Farming Limited (“Landcorp”) and Wairakei Pastoral Limited (“WPL”) formed an agreement to convert forestry land into a dairy and livestock portfolio. Operations are located near Taupo on two blocks. Once land is developed to a pasture ready state, Landcorp leases the land on which it then develops all the structural facilities to operate dairy and livestock operations – including dairy sheds, support buildings and residential houses for farm managers, staff and families.

Landcorp invites all credible providers to register their interest for provision of fit for purpose accommodation for Landcorp staff, with a view to being included in a subsequent procurement process.
