Overview
The project aims to create a series of creative and engaging short video-clips that motivate people to make changes that are important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, contribute to whānau wellbeing and reduce the risk of long-term conditions. These video clips will also encourage people to utilise local advice and support to make these lifestyle changes.
