This is an opportunity for suppliers to deliver a refit of our office lighting fixtures (including the external lighting) with appropriate LED lighting including sensor lighting in the corridors and the public stairways and a lighting feature in the foyer. As we anticipate a reduction in our current fittings of around 33% to an expected 150 units we are looking for a proposal that provides best value for money, including removal of the existing fittings, for our fixed budget of $30,000.
